a devotional moment
Scripture:
“She will be a crown of splendor in the Lord’s hand, a royal diadem in the hand of your God.” — Isaiah 62:3
Reflection:
In the quiet place of surrender, she kneels—not in shame, but in reverence. Her hands are clasped, her heart laid bare. And there, in the presence of Jesus, she is not overlooked. She is seen. Known. Loved.
He does not speak condemnation. He speaks identity.
He does not demand perfection. He offers grace.
He does not turn away. He draws near.
As He places the crown upon her head, it is not a symbol of status—it is a declaration of belonging. She is His. Chosen. Royal. Redeemed. The crown is not earned; it is received. It is not heavy with pride, but light with purpose.
This is the moment we all long for: to be crowned not by the world’s standards, but by heaven’s truth. To hear Him whisper, “You are mine. Rise, daughter of the King.”
Prayer:
Jesus, I kneel before You in surrender. Strip away every false label, every lie I’ve believed. Crown me with Your truth. Let me rise in the identity You’ve given me—beloved, chosen, and called. Amen.
Affirmation:
I am crowned by Christ—not for my perfection, but for my surrender.
I am chosen, cherished, and commissioned.
I rise today in the identity He has spoken over me:
Daughter of the King, radiant with purpose, clothed in grace.
